Prof. Yifei Gao, Professor, doctoral tutor, and postdoctoral tutor of Southwest University of Political Science and Law, director of the Criminal Procedure Law Research Association of China Law Society, and practicing lawyer. From August 2003 to August 2004, he served as Assistant to the Attorney General of the People's Procuratorate of Yubei District, Chongqing.
