I give lectures on human resource management, interpersonal skills and application in organizations and other courses. Published monograph "study on the function mechanism of colleague relationship and trust on individual work performance", "study on the influence of colleague trust and system trust on individual work performance in Chinese organizations", participated in writing monograph "study on Jiangxi enterprise competitiveness", edited "performance management theory and practice", and participated in compiling textbook "strategic management". has published more than 30 papers in journals such as journal of management, journal of contemporary finance and economics, journal of soochow university (social science edition) and Chinese management studies.
